Manas Mimarlık | Tecrübeyle Şekillenen Tasarım, Güvenle Yükselen Yapılar

2025 yılında Marmaris’te kurulan Manas Mimarlık, kurucusu Ümit Ezer’in 14 yıllık mimarlık ve inşaat tecrübesiyle sektöre yeni bir soluk getirmektedir. Ezer, kariyeri boyunca hem kamusal hem özel sektörde birçok prestijli projede aktif roller üstlenmiştir.

Rönesans Holding bünyesinde şantiye şefi, Cumhurbaşkanlığı projelerinde mimar ve müdür, İş Bankası otel ve dinlenme tesisinde ince işler şefi olarak görev yapmıştır. Ayrıca Kocaeli Darıca’da 556 konutluk büyük bir projede şantiye şefliği üstlenmiştir.

Tüm bunların yanı sıra, dünyaca ünlü restoran zinciri Papa John’s markasının Türkiye’deki 70 şubesinin mimari tasarım ve uygulama süreçlerini yönetmiş, uluslararası standartlara uygun, kurumsal kimliği güçlü ticari mekanlar inşa edilmesine liderlik etmiştir.

Bu köklü deneyimlerin birikimiyle kurulan Manas Mimarlık, temelden çatıya tüm yapı işleri, cephe uygulamaları, tadilat ve renovasyon projelerinde uzmanlaşmıştır. Özellikle otel, restoran, villa ve ticari yapı projelerinde, estetik ve işlevselliği sürdürülebilir çözümlerle bir araya getirmeyi amaçlamaktadır.

Marmaris ve çevre ilçelerinde faaliyet gösteren firmamızın vizyonu, doğru tasarımı doğru fiyatla buluşturarak uzun ömürlü yapılar üretmek; misyonu ise insanların estetik ve fonksiyonel yaşam alanlarına erişimini sağlamaktır.
